Drive from Jacksonville

We are flying into Jacksonville for our trip as my dh has a work conference there. How far is the drive from Jacksonville to WDW and is the traffic bad? Our flight gets in at 11:00 am and I was hoping to be at our resort by 3:00. Wishful thinking?

That should be enough time. Jacksonville - Orlando is about 2 hours IIRC, and that's with good traffic. Allow time for getting your luggage and rental car, you should make it by 3:00.
