Drinks on the Poly beach? - HELP

DH and I are going next month, and one of the things that sounded like fun was taking an afternoon break from the MK and checking out the Poly and grabbing a mixed drink and relaxing on the beach for a bit. Can we do this? If yes, lay some deets on me, please!

They don't sell Lapu Lapus at the pool bar, so If you would like a great drink in the Pineapple, go up to the lounge in the GCH and grab a Lapu Lapu and go back down to the beach.

If you grab a drink at the Pool Bar, ask for Tim, he makes great drinks and not what is just on the menu. If you have a favorite just ask him.
