Drinks at Counter Service & Sit down

I am thinking that drink refills are free at sit-down ?
Are drink refills free at counter service, like do it yourself, and you go get a refill? Or is it you pay for one drink, and that is all you get?

Depends on the location. Definetly refills are included at sit down/ table service resturants. Counter service depends... if it is a food court type location (like within the hotels) they are free refills (even without the mug) while you are eating your meal there, there is a drink station. For counter service locations within the theme parks they will get your drink for you when you order and refills will cost extra.
