Drinks at Carthay Circle

im taking my first solo trip ever (been to DLR probably 20-25 times though in my life) in April/May. A big part of my trip will be to try food and drink I haven't been able to when going with my family and extended family. I would like to try a drink at Carthay Circle. Any suggestions? Nothing overly sweet please. Also is there a best time to go for just a drink without having to wait 30 mins for a seat?

Here's what I had last time I went. Poison appletini with kids grilled cheese and tomato soup-real creamy soup in cute tiny cup (not real flavorful in my opinion but hit the spot). And the two tequila based drinks were real good. I'm looking forward to the one with the flower again this weekend! The nachos were super yummy too...

My all time favorite is the Double Pear martini. I think we had one every day we where in the parks.

if you go into the drop in lounge in the front the Vietnamese Beef tacos are freakin amazing. Finger food appetizer size portion. Not available upstairs.

The pear martini is my favorite too! Not too sweet, very refreshing!
We got the flatbread pizza and spicy chicken rolls, both delicious

I am with Nonsuch - the Manhattan is just excellent at the Carthay Circle bar.

Me, too, for the Manhattan.

During the 60th, the ice cube was diamond shaped instead of a sphere, a nice touch.

In addition to the link Nonsuch posted, there are 3-4 more videos posted by Disneyland of Carthay Circle bartenders making cocktails on YouTube. All are entertaining.
