If I need more coffee in the morning than I have managed to suck down before its time to hop the bus from CBR to MK can I take my coffee mug?

thanks in advance - I have already learned a lot on these boards. We are leaving in 6 days for DS' first trip to Disney and he is turning 4 while we're there! Yippee!

You are not supposed to take food and drinks on the buses but I have seen the odd person do it.

well your not really supose to have food and drinks on the bus but it has never stopped anyone else. Alot of people in the am stop and fill up thier mugs with coffee/cokes etc. before getting on the bus...you wont be the first or the last.
Have a great trip!

Thanks for your answers Boncho and TheMudd4. I am not sure how the mornings will go so it would be nice to have the option to bring our refillable mugs along to the park. It will partly depend on how far the restaurant is from the bus stop and our room at CBR. We will make room requests tomorrow.

Can't wait ! Five days to go!

I've never seen anyone told that they could not bring a drink (and many do bring them), but I'm sure it's officially "not allowed."

"No food or drinks are allowed on any Disney Transportation."

That is the line we heard every time we were on a bus. I never saw them confront anyone with food and drinks though.

Drinks and Food are not allowed on busses but I have seen others bring them on....You are like me need that coffee in the mornings, since your at CBR, they will have coffee makers in the room what I do is bring my own coffee from home and brew it in the room so I can have my coffee before I step out the door and be a normal person. At the CBR Old Port Royal can be a distance from your room and no one would want to see me before my coffee...LOL!

Last trip I witnessed a sitting bus rider receiving a cold coke & ice shower all over their lap and shoes accidentally dropped by a standing passenger! :sad2:
What made it worse was there was soda and melting ice all over the floor of the bus. What a mess.

You must not have had Penny for your bus driver. This woman is strictly by the books. But this was probably my favorite bus ride ever in WDW. The woman is a riot to watch! She treated everyone like they were five years old.
