Drinking water in Cozumel

I always ate in local restaurants down the 'backstreets' in cozumel with my fellow Mexican CMs. I didn't know what I was eating half the time, they just oredered/ kept brining food out. Never once got sick.

Now one time on an embark morning, I went to Ruby Tuesdays in Cape Canaveral...ended up in isolation that night thanks to eating there...

I have been ill after eating at RT as well although not that particular location. Salad bar was evidently not the best choice.
