Drinking around the Worldshowcase Costs and Tips?

I'm giving away my number one Disney tip...for mixed drinks order a double - it's only $2 more.

Excuse my ignorance. I understand how that would work with a regular mixed drink like a rum & coke, but for us fru fru drinkers, how would it work? Like on a margarita or a speciality drinks like famous Grand Marnier Orange Slush or Grey Goose Citron Lemonade Slush?

Is it me or did they put A LOT more drink options in EPCOT in the last couple of years? Looking at the websites that others have posted in this thread I don't remember them having nearly this much alcohol. Variety is the spice of life

I have also found that the cheapest beer is inside the Rose and Crown. I got a Stella for only $6. That was 2 years ago but all the kiosks were closer to $10

A pint of Guinness in the Pub is now $8 plus 6.5% tax. Don't drink Stella so I don't know for sure.
The slushies in France are 8.92 plus .58 cents tax = $ 9.50

My wife and I avoid the fru fru like the plague. There is no alcohol in those slushies...we're professional drinkers.

I suppose being a Jets fan in New England you would have to be!


DH is a die hard Jets fan & we have been married over 20 years, not to mention the 4 years I knew him before that! I know what it is like to live with a Jets fan & beer just isn't good enough.
