Drink Refills at Universal

Looked through the forums and didn't see any threads related to this, I apologize if there is. Have heard that the 99 cent pop refills (ok, $1.27 now after taxes) are being discontinued in favor of Coke Freestyle cups exclusively. In addition, I have heard people are able to still get 99 cent refills at counters using their Coke Freestyle cups. Anyone visited Universal recently that can verify this?

I found a thread on it in Orlando United forums, under "miscellaneous universal." Quite a few replies discussing it as well. Wanted to see if anyone on Disboards had any more detailed info.
