drink refills at sitdown restaurants?

Just curious -- do you get free refills for pop, iced tea, etc at sitdown restaurants, like Sci Fi and Beaches and Cream, in particular? What about milk?

I know you do for sodas, iced tea, coffee, etc...not sure about milk. I would guess no, but I don't know for sure.

Yes, refills on ice tea, sodas, water, coffee, etc. Not milk. We were pleasantly surprised at Mama Melrose's when we ate there twice a month ago--they didn't charge us for sodas or ice tea at all.
