Where have they gone? It has been almost a year since I've been able to find dried (dehydrated) apples anywhere. Are they seasonal? Was there a recall? I can find other dried fruits but no apples!

I get mine at Walmart or at the local health food store (Atkins). I actually prefer the REALLY dehydrated or freeze dried stuff you get at the healthfood store, because it's crunchy and not just dried out pieces of leather. But Walmart started carrying the Brothers All Natural dried fruit so I'll get that if I don't have time to get to Atkins. You can get it online as well. The Brothers all natural is actually thier Disney packaged items, there are apples and strawberry bannana. Some of the stuff I buy is organic some is strictly usa produce, but I don't pay that much attention to that, I just buy it because it's crunchy and tastes good.

This happens to be my favorite brand.

Our grocery store still has them. They are with the rest of the dried fruit; rasins, dried cranberries, etc.

Costco has them - a big box of 18 single serve envelopes (with Mickey on them). They also sometimes have non-Mickey that are 12 envelopes apples 6 envelopes Asian pear.
