I am starting to think about packing and wondered whether any children dress up for dinner at Chef Mickey's? My DD 6 was Minnie Mouse for halloween and REALLY wants to wear her costume to dinner. If she does, then my DS 4 will insist on being Buzz because he won't want her to be the only one in costume :rotfl: . MyDS 2 won't care about anything as long as he's eating :rotfl2:

So my question is - would she/they look out of place? DD 6 is old enough to care if she's different.

Thanks

ive seen children in minnie mouse and mickey costumes, I would let them wear whatever they want, after all its disney, its for them and its disney!

First, Traci your daughter is soooooocute. What great pictures of her!

I hope that kids can dress up. We packed a Minnie dress for DGD to wear on our first night dinner at CM.

Yes, by all means dress her. We went in May and our DD princess: was dressed like Minnie Mouse. We have the cutest pictures of her with the look on her face right before Minnie arrived at our table and when she was with us. For us it was priceless, but isn't that what Disney is all about.
Have a great Disney trip!!!!

Thanks - the costumes are going in the bag now. My DD will be thrilled :cheer2: Traci - your dd is too cute for words!

While I've seen kids dressed up here during the summer months, we saw none during our Christmas morning breakfast.

Why not? Where else can kids get dressed up & no one look at them twice (unless they are really cute!) Go for it!

We are going in just a couple of weeks and my DD will be Minnie one day, Belle the next and Aurora another-- we are going to use those costumes! We will be celebrating my DS's 2nd birthday at Chef Mickey's and if he cooperates he will wear his Mickey costume! It's Disney, let kids be kids and have fun!!!

That's what I thought. My DGD will be Minnie, Cinderella, and Tink. I could not find a Jasmine costume that would fit her, but we may look when we are there.

I saw so many little Princesses in DTD and they were so adorable. Something special about a Princess running around in sneakers" princess: My kind of girl!

I hope all the little princesses have enchanted visits with there special ladies.

My DD age 3 has several Princess costumes. She wears them to church and to
wal- mart. She took full advantage of wearing her costumes everyday at WDW. On cool days she wore jeans and a sweatshirt with her dress tulle hanging out. When at Disney dress as the Princesses do...

My DD (2) is going to be Minnie, and I told her she may get extra kisses from Mickey if he mistakes her for the real Minnie! ::MinnieMo
