dress for Palos brunch and high tea

How do we dress for brunch and high tea at Palos? I know it is formal for dinner.

For High Tea and Brunch the suggested dress is resort casual. For dinner they suggest men in jackets and ladies in dresses or nice pant suits. Formal is nice but not necessary.
