Dress for Narcoosees?

I thought I read somewhere the dress was business casual. What is Disney's view of business casual? Do people really wear slacks and a nice shirt? I am packing on Tuesday so I need to know what to bring for this meal. Thanks!!!

i think they want men to wear a dress shirt and slacks and women to wear like a dress or pantsuit, but pay attention to what you are not allowed to wear, like flip flops, anything w/ holes, tank tops, swimwear. t-shirts are allowed as long as they are not offensive. i would suggest wearing something nice but they will let you in if you are in shorts and a tshirt too.

there was a thread awhile ago and that was the overall summary. hope that helps! i cant wait to go there for my honeymoon! it'll be our first night as a married couple. we're going to be going back to our resort before we go to our ADR so we can freshen up and put on something nice. since it will be time consuming to go back to our resort afterwards to change, we'll just wear something nice but also something that we could wear to the MK, which is where we'll go afterwards. have a great time!

Wear nice shorts and a shirt with a collar and you will be dressed as well as most of the other guests.

I wore capri's and a nice top. DH wore kakhis and a nice shirt. Casual. Not the way you would be dressed for the park. We loved it here good food nice atmosphere and nice CM.

As long as they aren't those pool-style foam rubber things, you will be just fine.

Dress Code Guidelines:
Men: Khakis, slacks, jeans, dress shorts, collared shirts. Sport coats are optional.
Ladies: Capris, skirts, dresses, jeans, dress shorts.

NOT permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimwear, hats for gentleman, cut offs, or torn clothing. While t-shirts are now allowed, the policy remains that t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics are not acceptable.



ETA: There is no mention of flip flops so I am sure a dressier type is fine.

We're going for out first night as a married couple too and we're also staying at the Poly. When is your wedding? Our's is 12/06

I wore plastic flip flops when we were there... they were paired with a casual sundress though. Enjoy Narcoosees! We loved it!

Thanks, and I have read that. However, we all know that Disney tends to be loose with their guidelines! I was just making sure we were good to go!
