My husband is questioning the clothes I have picked for him for our cruise for dinner. We are going on the 4 day Magic cruise that departs Tuesday. I know there is not a formal night and I picked out nice slacks and a polo shirt or short sleeve button down for dinner. That should do right?

Thanks!!

Sounds perfect to me. If you are planning Palo I would add a dress shirt & tie to that (maybe even a jacket). If you are just doing the dining rooms what you picked will be great.

My husband wore polo shirt and dockers to the dining rooms, and a nice button down dress shirt and tie to Palo.

I absolutely agree & that's exactly what I packed for my DH this trip & all past ones.

See you on the ship, WooWoo. :boat:

Just so you know, when I cruised on a 3 night in April, they never enforced a dress code and I saw people at dinner in shorts etc. After the 1st night, my sons questioned why they had to "dress up" when other people including adults didn't. So don't be surprised when you see the same on your cruise.

Practically perfect packing! (can you tell I just watched Mary Poppins?) I agree that the dress code isn't enforced. DH and DSs did grumble a bit when I told them it wouldn't be our family in shorts at dinner. I did relax and let all three of them wear their sandles with their dockers at dinner.

It's the little things in life :D
