You laugh, but my sister's wedding reception was there last year and they were letting anyone in wearing anything. This was to the resturarant, not to the reception. My sister would have thrown them off the roof!

We were floored. When I just made ressies to eat there recently, the cm talked me through the dress code, and I mentioned it to her. She said they had gotten complaints and were now enforcing it again. Not sure if this is true or is only to try to maintain the standard.

It seem so strange to me that people would pay so much money to eat at such a nice restaurant and then show up in tank tops (MEN!), cutoffs and flip flops. Very disappointing!

We enjoyed a lovely meal there two weeks back. Majority of people dressed up nice but there were a few, men of course!!LOL, who appeared in shirts and shorts. Nothing was said at all but they sure looked out of place Their partners who had made the effort to dress nicely were not amused and I was one of those partners
