Is there a dress code in the parks? Could someone be wearing so little that they get thrown out of the parks?

What is the least you've seen someone wearing at the parks?

Honestly, I don't ever recall seeing anyone in the parks in bikinis as you would at US. However, I am usually there in the offseason.

I don't think they publish a dress code but I'm pretty sure if a woman went topless they'd be asked to cover up or asked to leave. Apparently, at the water parks you see just about everything.

I just looked at a guide map for Epcot from our Jan/Feb trip and it says under courtesy: "Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times" Guess you don't need to wear shorts, just kidding

It's mostly curiosity. I've been reading some threads on gay days and I've heard (rumor mostly) on how flamboyant people get during this time and was wondering what people have seen at the parks (at this time and others).

If you need to know - I wear shorts and t-shirts or, if it is warmer, a tank top.

I was at MK for Gay Day four years ago, and WOW some of the outfits were a bit out there. Probably the one that amazed me the most was the gentelman dressed as a nun.

I did witness them ask someone to turn his t-shirt inside out as the phrase on it was considered offensive.

I too have seen them ask someone to turn their t-shirt inside out, it was a teen with his parents, his shirt had the "f" word very large on it. I was thankful that the DW staff didn't ignore it. lfontane, thanks for the clarity on your attire, I was worried

I do believe that Disney has a policy on attire to some degree...I remember as a child, my older brother had a shirt that proclaimed "I'm tired of busting my A**" with a picture of a cowboy with a big hammer in his hand and a broken up donkey on it....they made my parents purchase a different shirt for him to get into the MK...now that was back in 1977 though...

We are usually at WDW in May or June and have definetly noticed some instances of poor judgement in attire that have gone unchecked, especially in the past 2-3 years....we have witnessed many teenage girls wearing their swimsuits in the parks; not just the tops with shorts, but, the entire swinsuit...although I was not personally offended, I do find this kinda inappropriate...

There are also many "foreign" guest who come from nations were it is perfectly acceptable to wear somewhat skimpy attire...if you go in the summer, you will see them...

we've been during "gay" days on several occasions and although we witnessed some fairly "outlandish" attire; I can't ever recall seeing anyone with offensive attire during this time.

I think the worst I've seen was a couple of years ago at BB: A male in his late teens/early 20's with a shirt on that said: "F*** milk, got pot?" I found this to be unacceptable and did tell a CM...don't know if they did anything about it or not...

We were there once in August and we saw a woman (best guess, in her 40's) wearing a pair of very short shorts and a black bra....a bra not a bathing suit top, it was not pretty!!!!

I don't know about dress codes, but my most memorable instance with attire--or lack there of--was in AK in May of 2002. There was a gentleman in front of us who had obviously just ridden KRR and got drenched. Well, he obviously considered his pants too wet to wear, because he had taken them off and was wringing them out in front of him! This was not off in a corner, mind you. This was walking along down the main thoroughfare. A little much, I thought!

On our last two trips, we saw several groups of male teens w/o any shirts on (At the MK). No CM attempted to say anything to them, tho they walked by any # of CM's that day.

I have noticed a pattern of wimpy CM's afraid to offend the offenders by saying anything to them. In December we saw a young man about 19 with a very "rough" looking family wearing a shirt that said f*** you! really big. No one said a word to him. He passed many CM's. I was with my boys--some of them young-- and was very embarrassed and angry with Disney for not protecting young children and by their silence--destroying the "family" atmosphere. If I want to see this trashy stuff I can go to my local 6 flags.
