Dress Code for V-Day Dinner

We will be going to Shula's Steakhouse for Valentine's. My DH will be in meetings all day at his conference, and I plan on going to DHS/Epcot. We will be meeting each other at Shula's. I know it's a signature restaurant, and I've read the dress code. Because I will be in the parks all day, I want to be comfortable in what I'm wearing, but I also want to look nice for dinner. I'm really worried that everyone will be really decked out for Valentine's Day though. Will we look out of place in jeans? I was thinking jeans, a sequined top, and my Sketcher sandals. My DH would wear jeans and a polo top. The only other thing we could do to dress it up and for me to still be comfortable in the parks would be for me to wear a pair of dark brown cargo pants (I'm not wearing dress slacks to the park) and my DH wear khaki pants. I've got to finish packing ASAP. What should I wear???

(BTW, I thought about khaki capris, but I'm cold-natured and with the high being 70, most of the day it will be in the 60s. I don't think I could handle capris in the 60s.)
 
Well-I'm not sure if Valentines day is more of a dress up day at WDW than any other day.
Hopefully other previous Valentines day diners can help you.
