DH has booked the Chef's Table at V&A's for our 22nd wedding anniversary on June 10

Was wondering if he need a jacket and tie for the Chef's Table?

He volunteered to wear his tux but I told him that was not necessary as he did that for my 40th birthday at V&A's :lmao:

Thanks!

Men are allowed to remove their jacket when dining at CT. However, for transiting the main dining room it must be worn. This means arrival, departure and rest room trips. My understanding is that a tie is not required at V&A, but I would not feel right not wearing one there unless I was wearing something like a turtle neck which does not take a tie.

Thanks CF ... DH and I have dined many times in the main dining room and the fireplace room. DH usually wears a dark suit and tie ... so I suspect his trusty navy blazer dress pants and tie will suffice this trip :goodvibes

On MrDisney's last review of CT at V&A, there were pictures. Don't remember what they were wearing, but you could look it up!

OH wore a suit and tie when we ate there, but looking ariound he was the only one wearing a tie.

Thanks all!

I did take a look at the photos from both of Mr.Disney's reviews. DH is more of a Oxford button down collared kind of guy :confused3 so I think we will go with his uniform ... khaki colored pants, white shirt, navy blazer, tie and loafers ... what him predictable :lmao:
