Has anyone used dreamsunlimitedtravel.com to book a Disney trip??? Would like to here any experiences anyone has had.

Thanks!

I have used them twice for Disney Cruises and everything was great. I use Tracey Heinrich and she is awesome. They only communicate by email though and there is no phone number to call to talk to an agent. I haven't had any issues with that. Tracey usually gets back to me within an hour every time I email her.

I've used them for 3 cruises so far and have another 5 booked with them. So, yes I'm happy with their service.

We've used them for 3 cruises. Worked out great everytime. Dorothy is the agent we use all the time (also, we dealt with Beth who was filling in for Dorothy when she was on vacation).

I know some look at the "email" communication as a negative, but in my experience it is great because they always reply quickly and provide lots of details. And it helps me that I don't have to contact them between certain hours..I can send my question whenever I have it.

Cooljoe,

I used to work for them, but don't anymore. I can tell you that even after you book they'll look for discounts and try to apply them to your reservation. Sometimes there is a penalty fee, but if the end result saves you money they'll do it it.

Also, for urgent needs, there is a phone number you can call to talk to someone, but those cases are pretty rare.

To DLR, it's unlikely. Travel agents are outdated and Disney doesn't rely on them to bring guests to DLR.

I disagree, it all depends if you have a good TA or not. If you have a good one, like the one I booked my current vacation with it can make all the difference. A good TA can find bargains that you may miss, and won't hesitate to use the TA I booked with again, and they were great. I've gone both routes in planning vacations, and while I do like booking things direct, I like the convenience of booking through a TA that I know will do a good job. I find that the more research that you can do before booking a trip through a TA, the easier it will be when it comes to making important decisions about the trip.

Just used them to book our next cruise (got an additional OBC with booking through them).

They have been VERY quick with answering any questions or concerns that I've had and are super detailed in their answers.

So far so good! :thumbsup2

Email leaves a much better paper trail so that all the details are recorded, I wouldn't have any problem with that and usually prefer it to a phone call.

I used them a few years ago for our trip to Disney World. They were outstanding. I was a first timer to WDW, and had a lot of questions and needed some hand holding and they were great. Answered questions and solved problems I didn't even know I had! I would use them again for any Disney travel in a heartbeat.
