Would love to hear from those who booked with Dreams unlimited - hopefully you had great experiences!
Also your thoughts tips/tricks on the Wonder?
We'll be taking our first Disney Cruise on the Wonder our of Galveston January 2017.

I used them for our first cruise and did not have a good experience planning a trip with my TA. I'm sure it's dependent on who your TA is so I would make sure to get a recommendation so you can request a good one.

We have used Dreams Unlimited on four cruises and we have never experienced anything negative dealing with them. Our agent has always been Beth Fejer and she has always been very helpful on all of our requests. Would highly recommend them!

We have used Dreams Unlimited for 15 or more cruises, both DCL and Royal Caribbean. Have been very happy with their service and the On Board Credit they give.

We have used DU for 4 cruises, mostly for their onboard credit, and have aways been pleased. But, I never interact with our agent beyond booking, payments, transfers, etc. I think some people expect the agent to provide a lot of detailed info about all aspects of the trip and are disappointed if it doesn't happen.

We used them for the first time last year and had a positive experience. In the past we didn't use a TA, but after we did, it was easy and didn't cause me any problem in the things I wanted to do myself.

We are using them for the first time for our January 2016 cruise. All good so far with bookings, payments, responding to our questions. I love the onboard credit!!!! AND...we just received a great package from them with a lot of goodies we can use on our cruise (water bottles, magnet board for door, clips, flashlight, watch, etc.).

I have used Dreams Unlimited many times. This is our second cruise with them. I have always had a good experience. I will say that I am pretty knowledgeable about all things Disney and tend to do my own research, but if I have a question I have always gotten a quick response.

We have 2 cruises with them and very happy. We always get a timely response from our agent and she even emails us if or when she will be out for over a day or so, in case we need something, with a sub contact if we do. Very professional and service oriented.
