Just wondering if anyone knows if DU is having computer problems??? Sent a request in 3 day's ago for a quote and still haven't heard anything from them. Or should I just call and make reservations thru DW myself. Have used them before and always had quick responses, but not this time. :confused3
 
They definatly might be the case, because in the past week I know their server has gone down on more than one occasion so they might be a bit backed up. Can you call them to see that they got your request and are at least researching it? Maybe that will put your mind at ease?

Check your email Spam Folder. Sometimes it goes in there.
 
Already checked my spam, but will give them until the end of the day and see.
 

You can also resend your request, in case your message got buried when their server went down. I just sent an e-mail to Shirley today about our upcoming trip, so we'll see how long it takes her to get back to me. I love their service, so I would encourage you to stay with them.
