I am not sure where to put this, but here it is.

Can anyone tell me about this service. What I was wondering is if I fill out the form for a quote is it just a quote and I have no obligation to reserve it?

I also posted this on the dreamsboard, and thought I would get some good advice from both places.

A quote is just a quote. They hold open the "reservation" for a period of time during which you have the option of booking (and paying a deposit) or not.

I have used Dreams for 3 trips, about to book fourth with them. They have done a wonderful job for us.

I am using them for my second trip right now (Tammy Cermack is the best!!).

No, you are not obligated to reserve with them when you ask for a quote.

We have used them for our past trips and plan to use them again for our next one. They provide a great service! They get to make the calls and the reservations for the room, passes etc and they call for the dining ARs. I just get to plan the fun stuff! They have always been very friendly and prompt in getting back to me no matter how many times we made changes! Highly recommend DU!
