It's probably a little late to be worrying about this, but I've booked a hotel through Dreams Unlimited.

I haven't got anything in the mail showing anything. The deposit was taken off my credit card by WDW, but I don't have any confirmation sheet or anything.

Should I be panicking?

No, don't panic. I'm using them now for this trip for my first time, but I've read lots of posts here of people who were very happy with them. You don't need to panic. As for a comfirmation, I don't remember if I got a paper one, but you could ask them for one and see what they say - if it would make you feel better. At the very least they should be able to send you an e-mail confirmation that you could print out. Also, they give you your actual DIsney confirmation number. You can call DInsey directly with that confirmation number, and just 'double check' or confirm your reservation.

Anyhow, I haven't heard any nigtmare stores :scared1: about DU, and most people have been very happy. :smooth: Remember, too that they can make all your PS which can save you some money in long distance phone calls.

And you can do a search on this board and the restaurants board for Dreams unlimited or DU to see other people's previous posts. That might help you feel better.

Hi! No need to worry! You won't get a paper confirmation in the mail. All you need to do is go to your online confirmation and print it out! All the information you need is there! ::yes::

You should have gotten an email from DU giving you a client number. Go to their site and put that in and you will see all of your details. Just print out that stuff and you will be all set. We have used DU in the past and are currently booked with them for our upcoming stay at the Dolphin in Sept.
 

I'm using Dreams for the second time and have nothing but good to say about them.
The last time I booked my room myself by calling WDW, I paid my deposit by credit card when I booked the room and I did not get a confirmation from WDW. I called and they faxed me a copy, after I called twice. The seemed surprise that I wanted the confirmation since I had paid the deposit right away.
 
After reading such great reviews of the DU staff and their response times, I decided to transfer my existing WDW reservation to DU so I could also try some of their "concierge-type" services. So far, I have been very pleasedwith how quickly I get a response to email. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all th options, especially for dining, so hope the DU experience will help narrow down the choices.

Edited to add: Wow, less than an hour after I sent a list of PS choices, my DU agent responded that she'd gotten all but 1!!! That one is a Fantasmic Dinner package and she didn't have my CC info or I think she'd have that one too!
