I have booked with them before and the service is usually fairly quick. How one does it usually take to get a price quote?

You're a better person than I am. They got one chance from me, and when I never heard from them I moved on. TAs don't do anything for me that I can't do anyway, so if they didn't want my business enough to respond, they didn't want my business enough. Hope that level of communication from them doesn't continue.


That said, if you have used them before, can't you just directly contact the TA you used then?

Bumbersoot, i just sent off an email to the TA but if I don't hear back in a day, i will just do it myself. I don't think it costs anything more to use them and I figure if a new deal comes out that they probably can secure it sooner than me. But, you are right they don't seem to want my business.
