Dreams Unlimited ?

Sorry if I am in the wrong place.Has anyone here used Dreams Unlimited? I just got a quote on the trip I booked for December thru AAA. It was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what I got elsewhere.Same inclusions and everything.So I am torn now.I have never used them before..so give me the good ,and the bad

Prior to owning DVC I had used Dreams Unlimited quite a few times and have always had great service.
It nice to book with them and then basically not having to worry. If a better price comes along and they can get it applied to your reservation they will. I have never used them for making ADRs except once for the CandleLight Processional Package and that worked out great. It was nice to not have to get up early in the am and then be on hold. Someone else was doing all that for me.

I used DU for my May trip and was not impressed at all.

However, I think it was my agent, not neccessarily the agency. However, I will not be using them again.

We are using DU for our September trip. To date, we have been EXTREMELY pleased w/their service. Our agent is Beth and she goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She has done all of our ADR's as I have no interest in that process as well as upadate us about anything that might impact our ressie. In short, we have been pleased with their service and prices and highly recommend them.

We also used Beth C. and were really pleased.

For me the best part was not having to wake up at 5:00 to make my ADRs. She got us everything we wanted (including CRT) when we wanted it.

This is our first time using Dreams Unlimited and our agent has been great. Like anything else I think a lot depends on the agent. Ours got us free dining when it came out and saved us $200 and was able to get us all the ADR we requested even though she was on vacation at the time (at WDW of course). She had another agent make the ADRs so we wouldn't have to wait for her to return. She answers emails promptly and sends out reminders and bits of trivia. She is happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. A lot more than our AAA agent ever did. She just booked the package and that was it. I could have done that myself.

We haven't personally used them but have heard nothing but good things.
Last year we met a couple in MK and the lady worked for Dreams Unlimited. It was nice to have a face to go with the company and she was so nice and told us a lot about the company.
I would go for it.

I have used dreams unlimited 2 times. Tracy and Mindy are awesome! Both times they have been beyond excellent! Any time I have a question it seems they would get back to me within seconds. and its awesome to not have to wait on the phone with disney to have to book a vacation or dining reservations!

If you use dreams unlimited you will not be disappointed.

I had thought about using them on our next trip but if we make a trip this November it will have to be a very simple one. Room only reservation, upgrade our one day tickets from year before last and we are not interested in dinning or ADR's so there would not be much they would need to do? But have read lots of good things.
