Dreams Unlimited has taken care of our resort reservations for the CBR June 30 - July 4 and the Polynesian July 4 - 8. Is it necessary for us to call those resorts to confirm our reservations? In the past, I have always called CRO direct and always got the confirmation by mail. Since we haven't got a written confirmation, I'm starting to wonder if I need to check to make sure everything's OK.

Hi Diane! You should be able to view all your reservation details through the Client Services link on Dreams, including your Disney confirmation number. Feel free to e-mail your agent for the details, and she can also assist you if you'd like a hard copy of your confirmation mailed to you.

We are working thru Dreams for our June vacation. I asked for a confirmation and they sent me one no problem. Just ask. Happy planning!

I booked the Dolphin through Dreams for this coming July. They e-mailed me a confirmation number from the hotel the day after I booked it.
