How can you NOT book with Dreams? The additional On Board Credit is a gamechanger as well as their awesome customer service. Tracey has always booked my cruises.

I ended up booking with them and so far it's been great! We have been going to WDW every year since 2012 and this is our 4th dcl cruise. Because I love doing research and planning vacations I enjoyed doing my own bookings and felt I didn'tneed a TA. BUT, I love the OBC from DU and my agent is wonderful. Will probably book every DCL cruise with them from now on.

Just adding on I love my Dreams agent, Joy. Just booked my third Disney cruise through her this year. She has been absolutely stellar each and every time!

I'll have them help me book the Viking river cruise we're planning, too - when we get serious about it.

We have booked 7 Disney cruises and 2 Royal Caribbean cruises via Dreams Unlimited. Very helpful especially once all the COVID cancellations and rebookings started. You do not email them your CC information (please don't ever do that!) They have a secure website to use for payments.

I usually use DU but panicked on the Hawaii thing and booked myself with plans to transfer to DU to get at least half the OBC and give them Commission and take care of things.. Keep in mind if you book in any currency other than USD on the website (CAD, EUR, GBP etc) you cannot then transfer... I felt bad as I wanted to the DU the booking.

Same with insurance has to be booked in USD.

I already had an established relationship with a TA at another agency and I refuse to dump her or that agency.
