Dreams Unlimited Travel Feedback- US/IOA

Hi there!

I'm heading to sunny Florida in a few days for my next vacation and I am trying to finalize all my plans. My boyfriend and I are planning on going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for two days and we found Dreams Unlimited Travel. Listening to the Dis I know I can trust them but I would like any feedback about using the service.

We are planning on using the 2 Day/2 Park with Transfer. For transportation it says "pick up time will be determined by calling Mears Transportation at least 24 hours in advance" Does this mean we can't really choose a time we get picked up but rather choose out of the options they give us because they will be making several pick ups along the way? And same for going back? Not that it really matters but would like a heads up.

Has anyone used this service? What do you guys think?

We have used DU several times and they are great. Booked thru them for a disney resort and then last year for a US resort. Beth was very helpful. Will be booking our next US trip thru them. Love that they will keep an eye on the rates after you book, so if a lower rate becomes available they change your reservation.

As for Mears, they will give you the options on pick up time when you call and you choose one. They do kind of have set times for the resorts.

We just used them a few weeks ago for tickets and transport and it was great! Once you purchase, you're given directions on where to call to arrange pickup times and they come right to your hotel. As for drop off, there are many busses at Universal - we just asked the drivers which ones were dropping off at our resort. I believe the only times you cannot be dropped off are between 10am-3pm.

I purchase the 2-day/2-park + transport from Dreams Unlimited every time I go to Disney. Always been pleased with the Mears transportation.

Just call the day before and tell them when you want to be picked up. They have a shuttle every hour up til 10 am. We usually get the 8 am one (or 8:15, depending on which resort you're at) so that we make it to UO by opening.

During the day, you give them a call back and tell them when you'd like to be picked up, after 3 pm (don't remember when the last departure is, sorry).

I love this service and it's definitely worth the price. Comfortable transport, and very easy to set-up.
