Always self booked our Disney and RunDisney travel trips, weather they be on the website or bounce back or whatever. The stress, at times, of having to get a RunDisney bib can be a bit much. I remember one time being behind the Christmas Shoppe at MK registering for whatever race was coming up. Finding out that it's possible to book a package stay with bib far in advance has changed my opinion of using a travel agent. In the past I would apply whatever discount was available and generally don't have much difficulty with navigating the website or changing plans.
All that being said COVID can change things and I'm willing to consider going the TA route. I'd need something for end of 2021 that may or may not include the Wine & Dine. But would then be booking many of the race days in 2023. Are there any people you work with specifically that are RunDisney more aware from Dreams? Do these people often stay with the company years over years? Can Disney Gift Cards be used to pay down your bill?
