Does anybody know how they can sell packages so cheap compared to what you get them from WDW? The quote they gave is alot cheaper than the one I got from Disney. It is for the same days, resort and tickets.

DU searches codes for u to get a cheaper price... if u dont tell wdw that you have a code or if you dont get a quote for a special they are having, they will give you a regular rate!

This is true, but recently the opposite happened for me. DU gave me a higher rate than WDW, because they did not apply the Visa code... and yes, I told them I was a cardholder. So, I booked thru WDW. If you know the current discount codes (get them here) you can get the same rate just about anywhere, most TAs all book direct with WDW like you would.

At times, some of the Disney specialist travel agencies (possibly including Dreams Unlimited & Small World Vacations, but can't speak from personal knowledge/experience) will be able to book group rates through Disney. Group rates are for blocks of rooms and so are discounted by Disney. Those prices are different from the various codes, and as such, are not dependent upon Disney choosing to release a code for that specific time. The travel agency gets the lower cost room rate in return for "guaranteeing" a certain number of rooms to be filled during either a given time frame or during the year.
