Dreams Unlimited Question

I booked a 1 night room only reservation and a 5 night package through Dreams Unlimited. I received paperwork from Disney on the 5 night package, but nothing on the 1 night reservation. I contacted Dreams and they said that Disney does not send any paperwork for room only reservations. They said to print out the reservation details from client services on the Dreams website to present at check-in. Is that correct?

I book "room only" all the time through DU and never receive any paperwork from Disney. I just take the print-out from the DU site with my confirmation number just in case. I've never needed it at check-in, always in the computer and the balance due has always been correct.

I booked thru Disney room only and the only 'paperwork' I ever received was an email confirmation..

So this sounds about right.

Strange. I always book room only and have always received a confirmation in the mail. Never email.
