Dreams Unlimited or book while onboard?

We too booked while on board. We did wait until the very last day and the TA was not there, but all we had to do was call her up. She had all of our information already and since we knew exactly what we wanted & when we wanted to sail I was able to do everything over the phone. I was on and off the phone in no more than 5 mins. (that was the fasted $1,000.00 that I spent)!

OK, trying to get this straight-- if we can't go again until 2007, say-- could we book onboard next week for the latest available 2006 date (or some random 2006 date?) and then move to a 2007 date once those come open?

And if you book an extra cabin for family/friends who might want to go, do you have to give them names? Can those be changed later?

Just an fyi, my DH was reluctant to rebook onboard on our recent Nov cruise. I talked him into it, and now our May 06 cruise hows nearly doubled in price. In less than 2 months. I told him since I saved him basically the price of another cruise, that I get another one out of it.
What a smart gal you are! Sounds like you've got it all figured out!! LOL! :D

Will Disney take a check for the deposit amount, or does it have to go on a credit card? Just wanted to make sure, as of right now we are planning on re-booking while on board!
