i have sent dreams 2 e- mails in 2 days and did express the urgency of an answer as the cruise i am planning is only 25 days away .anyone know why i am getting no replies ? anyone else hear from them or is it possible my e mail is not reaching them?:confused:
 
Did you ask for a quote through the automated system or did you send an email with a question to the email address. I will see if I can find out any info for you. Also if you have a reservation number, it may be helpful
 
i received a quote booked the cruise and made a full payment with donna ,however she did tell me she did not have much info on the cruiseline i was booking and that i should send dreams an e-mail with any questions. i have always included my confirmation number and iwas getting nervous because it is really close and i cannot confirm my reservation through the site it just keeps telling me there is an error in that page. i hope i have not completely overstepped but after not hearing i called the cruiseline directly . i did get most of my answers however they told me i have transfers charged on my reservation which i don't need ,are they going to be really upset with me?? is it like going over the bosses head if you know what i mean?
 

I have booked a 3 day DCL cruise and a stay at WDW and a seven day DCL Magic cruise through Dreams Unlimited and have never had one problem with any e-mail, request, or question with them. I have received prompt replies, often within an hour or less to any correspondence I have sent them. Dealing with dreams has made my vacation planning easy and would continue to use them for any other cruise. Hope you get the situation with your cruise straightened out. Have fun on your cruise!!

webmaster doc , i have been hitting the send reply to the e-mail i have received and i believe that is the address you have posted. and don't misunderstand they are doing a terrific job and so many people have wonderful things to say about them ,which is why i thought perhaps they are not receiving my e-mail.
blueman, donna was terrific when i spoke with her but she was the person who told me she did not know the answer to my questions and i should e-mail dreams directly. cruise is 24 days away and it isn't a simple booking as myself and my sister are in 2 different states and other travel arrangements depend on where docs are going, and documentation for boarding question could mean a scramble to the hall of records .and i have a clock banging away in my head. i suppose it is my own fault for booking so last minute. i am keeping my fingers crossed.
 
i received an e-mail today from pete werner himself , and not only did he answer all my questions he gave the very good news that i had received an upgrade . so if your reading this thank you pete you made my day:D tomi
 
When you go through DU do you get a toll free phone number after you book?

I'm assuming not, otherwise you would have just called.
I'd like to know the answer to that question, as I would use DU if they had the best price.
 
What kind of upgrade did you get? I've used DU for cruise and WDW and have been very pleased with everyone I've worked with. I do wish you could also contact them by phone because a few times I didn't receive a reply right away due to server problems and once our internet was down for 1 week. I'd like to know if there is a 1-800- number also. I would definitely recommend them. They always put up with ALL the questions I have. Beth
 
i do seem to remember having a number for them when i booked my disney cruise back in october but i'm afraid i don't remember it. this time i booked a princess cruise like i said very last minute and everything is working out great on top of the upgrade from the coral deck (1) to the aloha deck(3)pete werner was able to save me another 160.00.it doesn't get any better then this . thank you dreams unlimited
