Dreams Unlimited is anyone out there?

I am having problems with a reservations I made through Dreams Unilimited.

I cannot find a live person to help me. My only contact is an e-mail address who created the problem in the first place. The agency gots such good reviews on this Board that I have to believe that this is the exception not the rule.

I don't know how to find someone who can help me. Is this what working with this agency has been like for others? Can anyone help me.

If you go into the Dreams site, and enter your reservation number and password (in the client services area) you can look at your reservation. This will give you the name of your agent as well as a phone number to call. I hope this helps! I've never had a problem with them, and I have booked several of my cruises with them.
