I don't post very often, but I just had to share my experience.
Got my cruise documents yesterday and to my horror, there was a mistake. I wanted to stay one night at the Swan/Dolphin AFTER the cruise and my documents had me staying there the day BEFORE the cruise. Panic time.
I e-mailed Donna at DU at 7:45 pm (California time), thinking I'd hear back from her over the weekend or Monday. To my surprise, I got an e-mail back from her within an hour. Can you imagine any other travel agent who would get back to you that quickly and in the evening?
She had to wait till morning to call DCL. Well, this morning when I fired up the PC, there was already an e-mail waiting for me from Donna. She had already called DCL and my dates were changed and everything is fine.
I had my choice of travel agents, from Costco, AAA, American Express, etc. and I'm definitely glad I chose Dreams Unlimited.
I'm on the 11/9 Western cruise. I can hardly believe it's just around the corner.
