Dreams Unlimited - great service

I don't post very often, but I just had to share my experience.

Got my cruise documents yesterday and to my horror, there was a mistake. I wanted to stay one night at the Swan/Dolphin AFTER the cruise and my documents had me staying there the day BEFORE the cruise. Panic time.

I e-mailed Donna at DU at 7:45 pm (California time), thinking I'd hear back from her over the weekend or Monday. To my surprise, I got an e-mail back from her within an hour. Can you imagine any other travel agent who would get back to you that quickly and in the evening?

She had to wait till morning to call DCL. Well, this morning when I fired up the PC, there was already an e-mail waiting for me from Donna. She had already called DCL and my dates were changed and everything is fine.

I had my choice of travel agents, from Costco, AAA, American Express, etc. and I'm definitely glad I chose Dreams Unlimited.

I'm on the 11/9 Western cruise. I can hardly believe it's just around the corner.

We had Donna as our agent for our cruise this past May and our upcoming cruise next May and I agree that she is the best! When it comes to Disney cruising (at least for cash cruises) my choice is Dreams!

Hi Tigerhoo Glad to see everything worked out well. Dona is always prompt and when Donna is unavailable Cathy is just as quick.
I really think DU is the way to go.Did you see that we are 2 people short of a gift on the 11/9 cruise. Ther eare 6 of us. Oh well.
Do you have any children cruising with you. We are dds 6and 7 and ds 6 mos and my dh and me.
Maybe I'll see you on the ship.

DU saved us $500 on our last cruise. The prices went down and DU processed the credit with out us calling! Donna is awesome!

I saw that we're just shy of meeting the requirement for a gift, but there's still time, you never know.

My party is two cabins, and we're all adults. We're all die hard Disney fans and kids at heart.

We've all gone to Disney World many many times over the years, but only once together. So we thought we'd do the cruise this time around. This will be my 2nd time.

I just hope there aren't any hurricanes or storms that week.

If you don't mind my asking... how did you guys find out how many people had booked through DU for your cruise date?

I just went into my reservation site on Dreams Unlimited...they must have just added this feature, but it says "there are 4 other Dreams Unlimited familes cruising on your same cruise"...if we get 3 more we get a free gift to each stateroom!! Yeah! We are cruising 6/14/03, so we need 3 more!!!

Thanks for the tip on looking on the Dreams site. I just did and found out we have 9 families booked so we are getting the gift. Yeah!

Donna is my TA with dreams also.

Always gets back to me very, very promptly and at all times of the day. And, boy can she take being asked the same question over and over again. I swear I don't do it intentionally! I just never remember I asked before. Donna is great!

We too have Donna as our TA for this cruise and our last one. She really is great! After we make our ressies, I ask her several questions and change times and add things and she always sends me a message back with the answers or changes within 12hrs. I have also talked to her on the phone and she is the nicestperson I have had the pleasure in talking to. For our cruise this Oct. she got us a secret porthole room without us asking for it! For those of you who don't know about those 6 rooms, they are VERY HARD to get if you are not flexible on you dates.

Dis4me is right about Cathy too! They really are a great bunch of people!

Just checked and we are 1 family away from getting a gift!! Doubt that's gonna happen since we are 19 days away from sailing! Oh well Dreams is still great!

I'm glad to hear all the good feedback about "Dreams". I just used them for the first time to book one night at AS Mu before the rest of my December trip begins, and I'm thinking about using them to book my whole trip next year.

Merrie was very prompt, since I only made the inquiry last night...I received quote, made my payment, and everything is all set--and it isn't even 8:30 AM here!

I'm glad that they can handle changes. I have some trouble making decisions when it comes to vacations, and I change my plans a lot.

I used DU for the 1st time 3 weeks ago to book our 1st cruise ever. I am very satisfied with their promptness in getting back to me, and all the questions I have asked. Our TA is "Cathy" and she is "excellent".She always gets back to me very quick,usually with-in hrs.

Cathy is our DU agent and she is beyond fantastic! She is always prompt and has dealt very patiently with my multitude of questions! I was pleased to see that we have 9 Dreams families with us on the Dec7th Western which means we get the gift! Isn't Dreams wonderful???

We met Donna & hubby on the 9/14/02 cruise and what a great time we had. I wish it didn't end.

I believe Donna sleeps with the computer because she does respond entirely too fast. She is a hard worker. Such dedication will keep me as a customer as I already booked the family for the 8/2/03 Western.

Donna, move that computer and slow down some.

Donna is our agent, and she's great! However, if she's not available, someone else gets back just as quickly. The whole agency is tops in my book.

We only have 6 families on our cruise!! Come on guys...isn't someone just dying for an early January cruise??
