I recently had a very bad experience with Dreams Unlimited and would like to inform a manager or someone in charge about this, but I can't seem to find a way to do this. I have looked on their website, but I can't find anything. I firmly believe this is an isolated situation, but seeing as how it can effect other customers I feel the need to tell someone. Again I want to stress I think this was an isolated situation we have used DU several times in the past and actually have a cruise currently booked with them and have had nothing but pleasant experiences, but I really feel like this needs to be told to someone who can get the information.
