If when we are at WDW and they have a comeback rate, can we book it and then transfer to Dreamsunlimted upon our return?

We are going to wdw in a few days and would like to book the comeback rate. If we transfer this to DU is it also possible to add a pkg onto it? We are interested in doing the gold or silver pkg.
