Dreams Unlimited agent help with Palo?

Does DCL hold any tables/seats that are reserved for TA's? Was wondering if a DU agent has the ability to "work their magic" on getting fully booked brunch seats

A - I highly doubt it. Never heard of any agency holding a block of seats.

B - They could possibly be a squeaky wheel to keep checking IF you'd booked the cruise through them. I seriously doubt a TA is going to do ANY extra looking for someone who didn't bother to book the cruise through them.

(Yes, I'm making the assumption that the cruise was NOT booked with a TA since you're not asking your TA if they can help.

That's what their job is. To answer silly questions. Don't feel guilty at all.

You might want to check but they likely are unable to book it. I don’t think they can access that part of the system, just like they can’t complete your online check-in.

A TA's job is to answer questions you have - and a good one won't complain or show any irritation. They WANT you to have a great time.

And yes, I *do* use a TA (not Dreams) and she answers tons of questions and makes tons of changes for me. But I know when she offers to do activity booking/dining on cruises for me or ADRs at Disney she is pulling from the same pool that everyone else is. For activity/dining booking they don't have to call (not sure why that is in quotes) as they're using the same system we are. She had to when my trip was Disneyland and I'd make changes. But again, that is in their job description when working with a client. If they don't want to be on the phone they shouldn't be in a job where they might have to be on the phone.

You shouldnt have to pay for a travel agent, they get paid / make money from selling Disney , and Disney pays them commission.

The amount you pay for a cruise or holiday package is the the same if you book direct with Disney or through a travel agent like Dreams Unlimited.
