I've been lurking on this site for about 4 months, planning my family's trip to Disney in January 2006. (you all are great - thanks for all of your help!!

I'm getting ready to book our trip with Dreams Unlimited. If anyone has booked with them in the past - can you let me know the good / bad of your experience?

I've booked all my trips for the past for years through DU, and I don't have anything bad to say. My agent (Merrie) has always been able to arrange anything that I've asked.

I booked then cancelled a cruise with DU and they couldn't have been nicer.

Yes, I have used them before (Sue Ellen) and I was extremely happy with the service and her response time every time that I had a question.

I currently have a reservation through DU and have been very pleased with Beth. She has been very responsive to my questions, polite, proactive vs. reactive, even letting her clients know when she is out of the office and who we can contact if we need to. I highly recommend DU.

I am another satisfied Dreams Unlimited Travel customer.

I used them most recently for my four-week WDW vacation. Sue Ellen was my agent this time around and she handled all the changes that I threw at her like the true professional that she is. She was amazing.
