It has been great looking at all these pics while I wait for Derek to finish swim practice. Thanks, Cass!:
Glad I could help keep you entertained, you're such a great mom!
I'm hoping we get RP for Formal night. And I prefer my food to come from solid ground as well.
We didn't have a formal night, but they might have one on the 5-day
Hi Cass : we're doing a back to back cruise on the Dream this fall so I started looking for trip reports and found yours Congratulations on being a
Disney travel agent, how exciting : and how exciting that you had this oppurtunity to cruise on the Dream :. Wow what an amazing report so far. Thanks for all the great info and for posting all the great pictures!!! Now I really can't wait to sail in Oct. and I'm so glad we will have a week on the Dream! So, you're doing a 4-night and then the Parley??? How awesome!!!
Soooo glad you had nice table mates & neighbors!!

Love your report so far......I'm laughing all over again!! :
Uh oh, here comes trouble
Nice to see you Deb

Yes, I was chuckling while I was writing that part

Man, that was fun, wasn't it? Lucky us to have you guys next to us and at our table!
No formal night on the Dream (unless they do one on the 5 day cruises , but for sure on the Fantasy!
Can't wait for the Fantasy
I am loving this report...and I am now hungry...even after just eating dinner.
I can't wait to give these foods a try.
Can I ask what lens you were using when taking your food pictures (it looks like you have a canon SLR)
And how did you become a travel agent. I am a SAHM right now, but I think that my dream job would be a TA, but have no idea about how to even go about becoming one, what if/what kind of classes you need to take.
Yeah, I have a Canon Rebel SLR...6 years old now but still nice

I just have the regular lens that came with the camera...just a novice
Michelle approached me a few months ago (can you "approach" someone via email?

) because she had started her own agency and she was looking for people to join up with her that knew Disney, were hard workers, self-starters, were detail-oriented....
and when she couldn't find any of those...she asked me to join up with her
I then had to graduate from the Disney College of Knowledge (online Disney training) and I am now working on the business side of things...phones/email/bus cards/brochures/advertising/web page.
Sorry, it is against DISboard rules to post a link to the agency's website but PM me and I will gladly send it to you and maybe you can ask Michelle more about it
Hope that helped
I had the same questions!
See above
Oooooooh, loved the knife from animators and the new decor is waaay nicer than on the Magic -always looks cold when you first go in I think because of all the white. Cant wait to try this one out. Menus look good even for picky ole me!:
I hope they sell those knives in the gift shop.... along side the carriage bread basket and red pillows.
Just check Ebay, I'm pretty sure they will all be there sooner or later

Love the trip report and all the pictures so far
Thanks!
I hope we can find out if they are going to do a formal or dress up night on the 5 nighters. We are on the 2nd 5 nighter on the Dream; I hope they give us good notice if they are doing it or not.
I will keep an ear open for that info and let you know if I hear anything
