DREAMS really do come true! 1/30 4-day Cruise Report with Tons of Photos! Video done!

Hi Cass we're doing a back to back cruise on the Dream this fall so I started looking for trip reports and found yours Congratulations on being a Disney travel agent, how exciting and how exciting that you had this oppurtunity to cruise on the Dream . Wow what an amazing report so far. Thanks for all the great info and for posting all the great pictures!!! Now I really can't wait to sail in Oct. and I'm so glad we will have a week on the Dream! Can't wait for your next installment to read more and see more pictures!

Just kidding...our table mates were Deb and Kim and they were AWESOME!!! We totally lucked out with that because a lot of the TA's we ran into were grumpy and soooo unfriendly! (not all, some were super nice!) Deb and Kim were both so friendly and sooo down-to-earth and freaking hilarious!!!

By the time we were done with dinner, my stomach hurt from laughing so hard and I had a headache because I just couldn't stop laughing!!! Couldn't have had nicer dinner company! We also lucked out because it turns out that they were also our neighbours!!!

We had so many hilarious moments and stories but I will only share one....earlier in the day, Michelle was telling me about someone peeking over around the verandah divider while I was out taking photos. Well, we found out at dinner it was Deb!! It was sooo funny because Michelle thought it was a creepy old man looking for a thrill but it was only Deb making sure no one was out there on the verandah before she lit up a cigarette!!

So, instead of a creepy old man, it turned out to be a very considerate sweet lady who didn't want to blow smoke in our faces! Which was awesome and completely hilarious to us.

Soooo glad you had nice table mates & neighbors!!

I am loving this report...and I am now hungry...even after just eating dinner.
I can't wait to give these foods a try.

Can I ask what lens you were using when taking your food pictures (it looks like you have a canon SLR)

And how did you become a travel agent. I am a SAHM right now, but I think that my dream job would be a TA, but have no idea about how to even go about becoming one, what if/what kind of classes you need to take.

Oooooooh, loved the knife from animators and the new decor is waaay nicer than on the Magic -always looks cold when you first go in I think because of all the white. Cant wait to try this one out. Menus look good even for picky ole me!

I hope they sell those knives in the gift shop.... along side the carriage bread basket and red pillows.

Yeah, I have a Canon Rebel SLR...6 years old now but still nice I just have the regular lens that came with the camera...just a novice

Michelle approached me a few months ago (can you "approach" someone via email? ) because she had started her own agency and she was looking for people to join up with her that knew Disney, were hard workers, self-starters, were detail-oriented....

and when she couldn't find any of those...she asked me to join up with her

I then had to graduate from the Disney College of Knowledge (online Disney training) and I am now working on the business side of things...phones/email/bus cards/brochures/advertising/web page.

That's exactly what we are doing, with a day with Harry Potter, and a couple of days Food and Wining and MNSSHP thrown in there. It's GradTripPalooza for Sarah....gotta love those DVC points.

I can't wait for the Fantasy either! We plan on rebooking onboard, and hoping to renew our vows in St Thomas in 2013 ro 2014 depending on when I finish school. Of course we may end up in Grand Cayman depending on the week.

I went through the whole line and took some photos....about half way through I realized that I was taking photos of JUST the food and not the little cards that tell you what the dish actually was so....I will just post all the photos I took (even though they are all mixed up) and let you guys figured it out
