I have read on these boards that Dreams Unlimited keeps looking for better rates for the cruise up until the sailing date, and I was wondering if All Seas does the same. Basically what I'm asking is, does either of these offer anything special that the other doesn't? We've gotten quotes from both and they were pretty much the same, I'm just wondering which to go with.

I have never worked with all Seas but I have found Dreams very easy to work with, they are very responsive to questions. They get back to you in a short time frame. I have even had responses from them during the weekend.

I have not used DU. I've used All Seasons Travel and I've been thrilled.

DU has been most helpful to me on my rebooked cruise...........

I have referred several friends to them.

All Seasons had a special after we booked and gave us a $300.00 credit to our account. The total savings over DU for 2 Adults and 2 Kids in a cat. 5 was over $700.00.

Who has better rates now?? I found that when I first booked with AllSeasons in March 03 for a Jan.04 cruise they beat everyone, including Dreams, by 610.00. I watched the rates myself and recalled for quotes and some got better as time went on but none came close to the quote I got at AllSeasons. Does it really matter if a travel agent watches the price and lets you know if a better deal comes along, if the better price they're going to offer is still higher then other companys? Check for prices at www.allseastravel.com . As for rebooking then Dreams Unlimited deal of a rebate is hard to match. (just a hint, AllSeasons can also match their rebate)

We had a good experience getting a quote through DU, but I have to tell you, we found it cheaper through Costco.

Thanks for all the advice. I checked out Costco, but from what I can tell from their website, they only offer the 7 day cruise. We are looking at either the 3 or 4 day. Right now, AllSeas is beating DU by a little more than $200 on two Cat. 6 rooms and by about $125 on one Cat. 4 room for the 3 day cruise. It's not a huge difference, but it would mean more souvenier money! ;) I don't have a quote for the 4 day from DU yet, so I'm not sure what the difference would be there. Since we are pretty much first time cruisers (haven't cruised since my high school years...and that was in the 70's), I want a company that is going to be able to offer lots of advice.

I am hoping to surprise my two daughters with this trip. They are 16 & 19 and surprisingly the Disney cruise is the one they say they want to go on. They have been begging to go on a cruise and I have always said no (mainly out of fear of being sick the whole time), but I guess it is time to face those fears and enjoy life, right? ;)

We haven't used either of the ones mentioned, but have used yourmagicaljourneys.com for WDW vacations before and they also keep looking for better rates. We plan on using them for our cruise next year also.

You can get any cruise from Costco, but you do have to call them, I don't think they do any booking online. Unfortunately I had to wait on hold for about 30 minutes, but it was worth it. The guy told me that its usually a shorter wait on Wednesdays and Thursdays. (and you have to be a member)
