Dreaming..if there were a DVC CRV...

What features would you like it to have?

For me, I hope it has:

1. a new themed pool because the current pool at CR is pretty basic with a new cool slide; part in the dark; part in the open and all very long.
3. grand villas with a point structure no higher than the current point structure at BWV.
4. one single point structure. The Wishes view room points are the same as the electric water pageant parade views that happen on the lake every night.

Since I'm one of the ones that thinks that this will happen, I would like to see a guaranteed category of rooms for Magic Kingdom view (similar to Boardwalk view at the BWV). Too many people will be disappointed if they arrive having requested such a view and find out they don't have it.

glad you put that "if" in there, otherwise alot of people would be telling you not to even bother dreaming. Personally Id put "when" but I guess thats besides the point

I will second the MK guarenteed rooms. Also would love to see a new pool, its not bad now, but its just sorta there.

Other than that CR has just about everything else, good restraunts, great water activities, great arcade, monorail.

I don't think DVC will touch the main pool at the Cont - although I thought that in a few years that pool will be upgraded???? I mean hey look what WDW did to OKW - on my list that means that the Cont does not have a good main pool still.

A separate quiet pool is traditional and not too much to ask for.
Is it really impossible to have a covered walkway to the Lobby? VWL and BCV do this. This one would be longer, but how much can it cost to cover a walkway?

Since we're dreaming, how about if the walkway is high enough that it has glass on both sides with tables and chairs to serve as a member lounge area and it has a great view of Wishes and the electric water parade. Member meetings could take place here and members could reserve portions for family gatherings or special parties.

As for the name, how about Villas At the Contemporary...VAC?
