We're on the cruise, but not staying at the Country Inn. We'll be at the Hyatt MCO late the night before.

Hey guys! I'm new to the board, but wanted to let you know we will be on this cruise! We are so excited. We = me 29, husband 32, my mom 51, daughter 8 and daughter 4.

We were able to get over to the port today and see our "Dream" in person!

Very nice!

I think the kid's clubs are going to be hoppin' on our cruise! There is plenty of availability on the boat for groups of adults-only, but if you start adding kids the May 22 sailing starts dropping off the list . Looks like the clubs are nearing capacity!!

What I better book my times for the nursery right when my slot opens.


BTW, I've never booked reservations for dinner or daycare on-line before. Are there any tricks that I need to be aware of? I know I can go on-line at midnight, but I would rather not run into any issues if possible. I just read another thread where some poor cruiser booked Remy and Palo at 5 AM when his slot opened then he went to check for his cruise which sales early Feb and everything he booked was gone.

well, my grandbaby is 2 1/2 months old. getting to babysit for the first time. when did babies come with a set of instructions??? my daughter made a list of does and donts for me to follow, like i wouldnt know what to do, lol lol .

I know I'm dressing up- and I've seen lots of pictures of other adults dressed up. Go for it!

In past cruises I have seen many adults who were dressed to the "nines" in pirate gear. If you like dressing up - do it. You won't feel out of place.

Melmathis - isn't babysitting grand kids fun. You will notice that as the new mom gets used to the situation, the instructions will diminish. "Our" kids tend to forget that we raised THEM!!

Mousejunkie, Welcome to the CI&S Cruise group. We'll be at the pool in the evening, come join us.

The cruise does look like it's filling up. I'm surprised that the number of kids is so high already.

we will also be dressing up. my daughter had originally wanted to be a penguin, she saw me looking at hats and saw a pink one, now she will be a pirate if she wears pink.

It certainly looks that way....I did my own little review listing just 2 adults, and from what is listed, there are only 2 Cat 5A rooms, Cat 4D is GTY, Cat 4C has 1, Cat 4B & 4A each list 8, but there could be a few more in those category's as they typically only list eight at a time. But it definately looks pretty full.

I know, I've checked it a few times today and it never comes up! I tried through the public site and the TA portal and NADA!

I wonder how it will shake out once the PIF date passes? Be prepared for some AquaDuck lines, my friends

mousejunkie98 - hmmmmm, DCL website is still showing all the CAT 4 available and Cat 5A with 2 staterooms available. Wonder what's up with that.

Cruiselady - I have a feeling everything will be crowded. But this time we have a verandah and DH is already planning on spending a lot of time there, and it's just he and I, so we won't be in the "kids" areas, except to pass thru.

Thanks for the reply. We have a verandah too. My DD and DS love to swim. Their second favorite thing is 3 D movies. I hope that there will be some good ones for our day at sea.
