Dream July 4, 2018 Castaway Cay Double Dip

Our family's second Disney dream cruise. Took one March of 2015 for kids spring break. Two kids, 15 and 13. Not sure what this whole double dip thing is? and What is Fish Extender??

No, it's only offered on the second Castaway Cay day. Very disappointed.
