Just got off the Dream and rebooked this sailing as a surprise for my daughter's 16th birthday (it's not actually that week though).

It'll be me, MH, DD (16) and DS (11).

Welcome aboard! It appears that the this will be the last of the 5 day cruises on the dream with two days at cc.

There are no 5 days cruises scheduled for 2013 who knows what 2014 will bring?

Wow... I know we still have 7 months to go, but I'm not sure if I've ever seen a roll call this slow...

I was on the dream the last week of July this year and our meet board was really slow too. There were only three families in our fe exchange.

That means an easier time getting palo ressies as the first time cruisers are not as aware of what to do. We did do nice fe gifts and since we all had kids we gave a gift to the kids each day since there were only three of us. I have an embroidery machine and I was able to find the dcl embroidery logo so I made custom tote bags for each family.

My kids are young, they will be DS 7, DD 4, DD 2 at the time of the cruise. We are surprising them with a three day cruise on 1/26/12 on the dream for DS and DD birthdays as they are three weeks apart and they both wanted these huge parties at those stupid inflateable jumping places. With the vgt rate it's costing us as much as two of those parties and I know we will all enjoy the three days on the dream way more than a few hours of kiddie chaos. We are in so fla so it is only a 3 hr drive to the port so we are just going to pile them in the car not tell them where we are going and let them see the dream in all her glory as we are approaching the port.

Hello all!! I am new to the DIS, but long time Disney freak! My DH and I just booked this cruise when the dates for our August bounceback free dining no longer worked for us. We are so exited and would love to be part of the FE group for this cruise!! It will be the first time cruising on DCL and the Dream. Hooray!!

More about us: it is just the two of us, DH and I. We live in Tampa, FL and I have been going to Disney as long as I can remember. We have the opportunity to make it to WDW every few months and we even traveled to Japan to Disney Sea in March 2008 for our honeymoon!! I have brought DH over to the Disney dark side, and now he loves it too. We will be going to WL club level in March to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary and then the Dream in July!!
