I would be happy too! I will start a list of people, just post your stateroom numbers and ages of everyone in your party that wants to participate! Closer to the cruise we may want to talk about a dis board meet if people are interested as it looks like we have kids all around the same age!
We did the fish extender on our last cruise and it was a lot of fun. It is essentially a pouch with pockets that you hang on the outside of your stateroom door. I know i am not describing it right, but if you search the boards you can see photos from other cruisers. We ordered one from a woman on ebay (just search disney fish extender) and she customized it to our sailing party, it had four pockets on it, one for each cruiser. Cost was about $30. Cruisers who wish to participate post on this thread their stateroom number and everyone makes up little goodie/favor bags, or similar small things and throughout the duration of the cruise pass them out! similar to a secret santa! it was really fantastic, especially for my daughter to come back to the room and there was a surprise gift for her! If you search the board you can get some really great ideas for it. I made up a CD of tropical music for the adults, and did goodie bags of glow sticks/bracelets for the pirate party and other little odds and ends. Oriental Trading Company has some great items! We have the first dining as the youngest in our group is 6 and we wanted the option of going to the later show, but last time we had the later seating, and they handled the young ones beautiful re: timing of the meals, and the kids clubs! so either way the kids will have a blast!
I am completely overwhelmed as a first time cruiser. We are only spending time at Disney before and after the cruise so I feel like I have spent more time planning the land portion because I feel more comfortable with planning a Disney trip. Hope that things calm down a little so I can get to planning the cruise. Any tips from anyone since we are cruising with two little ones?
If only the number of folks on this meet thread were an indicator of numbers on the actual cruise This 4 day will be back half of B2B as we are doing the 5 day and then this 4 day. Was able to book at the 120 day mark for the first part of B2B which gets the family all pumped for the cruise now that we have things booked. Hope more join in this meet or low count on the cruise
