Although I find it unlikely she’ll return to San Diego this year, all of her winter Galveston cruises are still scheduled. Have you seen news about cancellations?

No, there has been no new cancellations since last week, with everything up til mid September (though all cruises for Sept 2020 have been removed from the DCL website, those last two weeks have not been officially cancelled). Saying there won't be cruises for another year or more is pure speculation only.
