Dream fire?

Did anyone else read that the Dream had a fire the WBTA? Anyone know where or if there was much damage? I think shes super delayed leaving port tonight?

Left the Dream this morning / the only thing I can add is that there was one of those “alerts” that was coded and I forgot to look it up. Like there’s never say “fire” (That would be Bravo). I swear it started with a P - maybe Code Papa which is for a spillage of some sort? Departure took a long time. We did Express Walk Out which was supposed to start at 7:15 but I think maybe it was 8? A woman took a nasty fall on the gangplank but was still able to walk. Doubt that would cause a departure delay.

The book of faces is saying that embarkation was delayed due to all crew needing to go through customs and an IT outage at customs.

There was a -red parties- for the garbage room. During the transatlantic we had a red parties for a dishwasher on deck 2 as well

We had a "Bravo - Red Party " alert once on the Magic at 2am sailing out of NYC. The ship came to a stop too. It was scary.

I believe it means the fire fighting team.

I was on that cruise! There was a fire in the incinerator area, that caused evacuations of the Vibe/Edge areas during open house. This was after the long delays from the debarkation of the previous cruise due to Port Authority/Customs issues, which in turn caused long delays in our boarding process. Quite honestly, it was a **** show that caused us not to leave port until nearly 9:30pm!!!

That was also quite a **** show and nothing I'd like to repeat. We were so very delayed disembarking that several families who had flights ended up booking a hotel and re-booking their flights. It was quite a mess.

Yes! I had heard about so many having missed their flights due to the disembarkation delays. I am so sorry that y'all went through that!
For us, standing in that HOT parking garage with no direction or explanation, no where to sit, no water offered and zero consideration for children, elderly, disabled and those traveling with meds that needed to be kept cool was unacceptable.
