[JUST STARTING]

Has anyone booked with DREAM COME TRUE VACATIONS? I emailed for a quote and the agent has been very helpful but I wanted to get some feed back before I book anything.

Are they a Disney Earmarked Agency? (is like the Good Housekeeping Seal for Disney Travel agencies)

If they are, they're held to higher standards than other agencies and you don't need to worry!

I DID and they were AWESOME!!! You'll definitely want to go through them! VERY easy to get a hold of... VERY helpful... VERY knowledgable... and they'll constantly look for new discounts they could possibly apply to your reservation.

You won't regret it... Joe even use to work for Disney so he knows inside and out

Joe and his team are not Earmarked yet, for 2 reasons:

1) not all agents are Disney College of Knowledge graduates (2 of 3 are, Kathryn is not yet, but is working on it, Joe and Jennifer are)

2) their sales for last year didn't meet the magic number - although this year they will surpass it.

Joe is my next door neighbor.

I did book with them last time and I won't regret it. They made sure I had the best time and helped with all my PS's, recommended some great restaurants (also took the time to check menus because I have a shellfish allergy and the TA recommended non-seafood for me) and helped me choose a couple tours that I would really enjoy. I will use them again next time and I recommend them. There was never a question that I didn't get an answer too.

I found working with an online TA super-beneficial because at the time I was on night shifts and we communicated by email which was perfect! I never got a phone call waking me up or I didn't have to wake up to call her, except for the whole credit card process, but she was more than happy to call at a convienient time for me.

My neighbor received clarification on being a Disney-Earmarked agency from his Disney Sales representative:

"The EarMarked designation is a recognition of past (sales) performance and a commitment to continue to strive for very aggressive sales." Certain sales levels for each of the 3 Disney destinations need to be met to become EarMarked.

At least 50% of the agents at an agency need to be College of Disney Knowledge graduates.

Regarding EarMarked being a 'seal of approval' : "any agency that does not have our approval is removed from doing business altogether with Disney, EarMarking does not imply a seal of approval, being an active travel agency that can do business with Disney does.'

Any College of Disney Knowledge Graduate who works for an EarMarked agency then becomes an "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner".

My Grand Gathering of 10 is using them for our May trip. Joe has been really great handling the 4 separate reservation and constant changes we've made. The best part of the service is the communications. Emails are answered almost immediately and all requests are honored. You will not be disapointed using them. Quality and service all the way.

I've never heard of being "ear marked"... I've seen "Authorized Disney Planners", but Dream Come True Vacations is new... last year I think, so I doubt they would have had enough sales to get to that point. Regardless that they are new... they're great!

If Disney doesn't approve of a travel agency, they don't allow them to book - plain and simple.
